The poisoning of Marianna Budanova, wife of Kyrylo Budanov, head of Ukraine's intelligence agency, was an 'attempt on her life' by Russia, according to Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba. Earlier, sources reported that the wife of the Ukrainian spy chief had been poisoned with heavy metals.
