On December 9, Russian troops fired on the city of Kupiansk, Kharkiv region, the head of the regional military administration, Oleh Syniehubov, said. The occupiers allegedly used artillery. The attack killed a 57-year-old and a 71-year-old woman. A 30-year-old man was wounded.
