The High Anti-Corruption Court has imposed a pre-trial restraint on former Odesa Mayor Oleksiy Kostusyev. He is suspected in the case of illegally seizing Odesa International Airport and embezzling UAH 2.5 billion in its operational income. Kostusyev was taken into custody in absentia.
