In Poland, the Sejm elected Donald Tusk as the new prime minister. In Kyiv, a wall collapsed at a construction site, killing one worker and injuring another. Polish carriers lifted the blockade at the Yahodyn-Dorohusk checkpoint, but the road was blocked again shortly after.
