Russian MP Vitaly Milonov has declared that the Kyiv, Odesa, Dnipropetrovsk, and Kharkiv regions will be included in the Russian constitution as a result of the war. He also mentioned the Zaporizhzhia region, which has already been included in the Russian Constitution.
