Russia appointed a new commander for the Moskva missile cruiser, which was destroyed by Ukrainian forces in April 2022, according to Ukraine's Defense Intelligence. Intelligence officials obtained an excerpt from the order issued by Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu.
