The Ministry of Defence presented the procurement agency "State Rear Services Operator (DOT)". The new enterprise – "State Rear Services Operator (DOT)" – will take over the responsibilities and launch all rear supply procurement processes for the Armed Forces of Ukraine – specifically, food, clothing, and fuel and lubricants.
