The death toll in #Kyiv has risen to 16 people. Mayor Klitschko said that the attack on the capital on 29 December was the deadliest for civilians. Rescuers continue their work and will clear the rubble until tomorrow. January 1 will be declared a day of mourning in Kyiv.
