Last night, the Russian military launched two strikes on Kharkiv using S-300 missile systems from near Belgorod, according to regional governor Oleg Synegubov. No casualties were reported as a result of the attack. Earlier, Synegubov had reported explosions in the eastern Ukrainian city.
