Ukraine managed to return another child from the temporarily occupied territories – 12-year-old Andriy. His older sister appealed to the Ombudsman’s Office with a request to evacuate him from the occupation, reported the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro @lubinetzs.
