Russians have launched guided missile strikes on the village of Vilkhuvatka in Kupiansk district, the head of the Kharkiv regional state administration, Oleh Syniehubov, said. A woman was killed in the Russian strike. Ten houses were damaged, and a fire broke out at a school.
