The Supreme Court will challenge the reinstatement of Judge Bohdan Lviv. Today, the Kyiv District Administrative Court satisfied Bohdan Lviv's lawsuit to recognize as unlawful and annul the order of the Chairman of the Supreme Court regarding his dismissal from the staff, and his reinstatement to his position.
