Russian strike hits Kharkiv. A hotel building (a purely civilian target) was damaged in the strike, with about 30 civilians inside, according to the head of the Kharkiv regional administration. 11 people were injured, including a journalist from Turkey's Anadolu Agency. Rescue services are still working.
