Goncharenko initiated a petition to dismiss Stefanchuk from the position of Speaker. Stefanchuk is accused of incomptence to organize normal parliament work, systematic violation of the rules, harrassment of the opposition, disrespect for the Verkhovna Rada, and hindering activity.
