Russian authorities have not yet retrieved the bodies of those killed in the explosion of the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant from under the destroyed houses in the occupied Hola Prystan, in east-bank Kherson Oblast, Svitlana Lynnyk, head of the Hola Prystan administration, told Radio Liberty.
