On January 16, Speaker of the Latvian parliament, Daiga Mierinā, arrived in Ukraine on an official visit, the press service of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine reported. The Latvian official was met at the train station by Deputy Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Olena Kondratiuk.
