Ukraine’s IT Army and Russian hackers pledge new cyber-war Geneva Code

Lacking a blueprint, the grassroots group focused on basic denial-of-service attacks to overwhelm Russian sites. By June 2022, they had executed around 2,000 attacks. Both Ukraine's IT Army and Russia's hacker groups have pledged to follow new "Geneva Code of cyber-war" rules.
