Since the beginning of 2024, Russian sabotage and reconnaissance groups have attempted to cross the border of the Chernihiv and Sumy regions five times, according to Lieutenant General Serhiy Naiev, Commander of the Joint Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
