Russian children's commissioner Maria Lvova-Belova has once again facilitated the removal of Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied Donetsk Oblast for "rehabilitation", reported the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets.
