Both Hrynkevychs (and three other defendants) are suspected of supplying low-quality clothing to the Ukrainian army for UAH 1 billion ($26.7 million). At 6:50 a.m., Roman Hrynkevych was detained in Odesa. He went there around January 17 and has been preparing to cross the border since then.
