Monitoring channels reported the takeoff of 12 Russian strategic bombers from Murmansk Oblast at around 2 a.m. Kyiv time. At around 5:20 they reached their launch points and launched the first missiles, with those reaching the Ukrainian airspace by 6 a.m.
