In addition to delaying Finland's and Sweden's NATO accession, Turkey and Hungary have actively assisted Russia in its unjustified invasion of Ukraine. Turkey helps circumvent sanctions, while Hungary slows down European aid to Ukraine and purchases a Russian nuclear plant.
