On the evening of January 23, Russian troops shelled Kharkiv for the third time in 24 hours. S-300 missiles were used from Belgorod, Russia. Eight people were injured, Mayor Ihor Terekhov and the head of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Syniehubov reported.
