As of the morning of January 26, the death toll from the January 23 Russian missile attack on Kharkiv has risen to 11, the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office reports. Despite the efforts of doctors, a 61-year-old woman wounded in the shelling died in the hospital at night.
