Ukraine's Air Force spokesman Ihnat said Russian Su-27, MiG-29 & Su-30 jets were at Belbek but too early to confirm results. He says infrastructure destruction reduces Russia's capability from Crimea and more long-range weapons are needed from partners for regular raids on Crimea.
