The EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, has arrived in Kyiv on an official visit. At the EU summit, all 27 EU leaders agreed on a multi-year assistance package—the Ukraine Facility. The program envisages EUR 50 billion in 2024-2027.
