They won’t volunteer and Ukraine doesn’t have the money to overpay them to recruit them like russia does, so Ukraine needs to mobilize. If a war would start in Finland tomorrow we would all be mobilized and there wouldn’t even be any thinking about it. Ukraine needs to mobilize
