The case was classified under Part 1 Article 255, Part 5 Article 191 of the Criminal Code. The suspects face up to 12 years in prison. Law enforcers did not name the defendants, but this morning, searches were conducted at the home of ex-MP Serhiy Pashynskyi, as he himself said.
