Somehow I missed that the seized Donbas mines were given to former Minister of Taxes and Levies of Ukraine, Oleksandr Klymenko. It has finally become clear what the Donbas suffered and fought for over the past 10 years. What these deaths and destruction were for. It was all so that Klymenko could seize the mines.
