The resolutions passed in Transnistria yesterday calling for ru help are not simply provocations, they are declarations of war. Yet, both Moldova and Transnistria are landlocked by Romania and Ukraine so ru cannot help unless it attacks by air or defeats Ukraine. Be prepared.
