The ICC issued arrest warrants for the commander of the enemy's long-range aviation, Sergei Kobylash, and the commander of the Black Sea Fleet, Viktor Sokolov, due to missile attacks on our energy infrastructure and on civilian targets and acts against civilians. More please!!
