The European Commission has confirmed that Ukraine will receive the first tranche under the Ukraine Facility this month – in March. The second payment will be received in April, said European Commission Executive Vice President Valdis Dombrovskis at a joint briefing with Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal in Kyiv.
