Already 14 people have been killed by a missile attack in Odesa, says OVA head Oleh Kiper. Among the dead are local residents, a medic, and a rescuer. Another 46 people, including seven DSNS staff, were injured. On March 16, a day of mourning will be declared in Odesa and the region.
