The latest victim of the Russian attack was 39-year-old firefighter Vitalii Alymov, the State Emergency Service (DSNS) employee, seriously injured yesterday while on duty in the 2nd missile strike, who succumbed to his injuries today, per Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko and DSNS.
