This morning, Ukraine allegedly attacked Belgorod, injuring one person and damaging buildings and cars in the city, the Russian Ministry of Defense said. Belgorod was attacked at about 8:30 AM. For this purpose, RM-70 Vampire multiple launch rocket systems were allegedly used.
