Russian strike on Kherson infrastructure cuts utilities in Kakhovka

The Russian army has struck at critical infrastructure in the left-bank Kherson region, accusing Ukraine of shelling, said Yurii Sobolevsky, first deputy head of the Kherson regional council. The shelling left residents of Kakhovka without electricity, gas and water.
