In Zaporizhzhia, oil and other petroleum waste from the bombed hydroelectric power plant are flowing down the Dnipro River toward floodplains. The area had just begun recovering from last year’s Russian-made Nova Kakhovka ecocide. Environmental terrorism is part of Russian culture.
