Russian occupation forces shelled Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk region, once again. A 55-year-old man was killed in the attack, said the head of the Dnipropetrovsk region, Serhii Lysak. According to him, Russian troops opened fire with artillery, and the deceased came under fire.
