Russia strikes Odesa, Kherson infrastructure; no casualties reported

Russian strikes target infrastructure in Odesa, Kherson oblasts. The strikes damaged energy infrastructure in Odesa Oblast and an agricultural facility in Kherson Oblast. No casualties were reported.
