Ukraine's Foreign Minister Kuleba said active negotiations are underway with allies about acquiring two Patriot and one SAMP/T air defense systems. He did not name the allies, but officials told FT that Ukraine is in talks with Poland and Spain for Patriot systems, and with Romania on SAMP/T.
