We do not need to 'stop' but to hit Russian gas compressor substations to deprive Russia of pumping gas for its own needs, thereby stripping them of energy capabilities, as in Russia, CHP plants run on gas by 40-70 percent, while Ukrainian CHP plants rely on coal and only 20 percent.
