The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court has acquitted former Chairman of the Accounting Chamber Valerii Pakan, who was dismissed in 2023 after being charged by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau. Pakan announced this himself by publishing the HACCU's decision.
