The United States announced its largest package of military aid to Ukraine worth $6 billion. Intelligence services set a Russian Ka-32 helicopter on fire in Moscow. Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food Mykola Solskyi was detained but soon released on bail of $1.9 million.
