City utility services are beginning the dismantling of the composition honoring the Pereyaslav Council under the "Freedom of the Ukrainian People" Arch. The dismantling may take several days as the structure is quite massive. It consists of 20 elements weighing approximately 6,000 – 7,000 tons.
