Russian troops shelled Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk region, with artillery once again, said Serhii Lysak, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration. The shelling killed a 62-year-old man and a 65-year-old woman. Two people were also wounded — a 39-year-old man and a 67-year-old man.
