On May 9, German Economic Cooperation and Development Minister Svenja Schulze made an unannounced visit to Kyiv. She was supposed to meet with Infrastructure Minister Oleksandr Kubrakov. However, while she was on her way, Kubrakov was dismissed from his post, reported *Die Welt*.
