On the morning of May 14, Russian troops shelled Nikopol in the Dnipropetrovsk region, said Serhii Lysak, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration. A 45-year-old man died as a result of the enemy attack. Another 47-year-old civilian sustained shrapnel wounds.
