The EU Council has agreed to use revenues from frozen Russian sovereign assets to aid Ukraine, the Czech Republic's representation to the EU Jan Lipavsky reported. “Up to €3B only this year, 90% goes for Ukraine's military. Russia must pay for its war damages,” he wrote.
