Russian troops attacked the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kharkiv, injuring 9 people, the head of the regional military administration, Oleh Syniehubov, and the mayor, Ihor Terekhov, reported. The attack set fire to a gas station and an apartment building, damaged a cafe and cars.
