The Russian occupiers recruited a prisoner from a penal colony in Kharkiv region, who was due to be released soon, and ordered him to form a 'support group' to assist Russian sabotage and reconnaissance groups in breaking through to Kharkiv, Ukraine’s Security Service reported.
